Candles By Vicki willl not replace products due to the dislike of the product or the chosen scent. Remember that not everyone likes a particular scent and we will not accept returns unless there is a physical defect in the product. Replacement products will be the same scent and color as original order. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or being exposed to heat are not refundable. Wax will start to soften and start to melt in temperatures over 80 degrees.Store all your candles in a cool, dry place.
